Yes, not easy, but I do love that workout! She keeps you going til the end. I used to think that EZ meant no HIITS, but this has 2. I think it means less HIITS.

A suggestion.....make your own schedule with workouts that you love! The worst thing is doing a workout that you hate. You will not put your all into it :) Good luck ladies :)

Pretty much this...I need a good hour before I can work and give it my all. I love working out after that hour, that seems to be my best, but I can't get up early enough to do that, so I work out immediately when I get home...

Do what ever you feel comfortable doing...I was religious with the program up until a few weeks ago, but looking back now, there is so much room to make decisions like when to take rest days and when to work out. I say keep going from where you are!

My confessions are that I do the main exercise, like fire 45ez or fire 6o, but I am often too tired or don't have time to do the stretching or the abs 10 or upper 20 or lower 20...so I am going to be flabby for a while I guess... I also tend to not do the stretch 40...I would rather see major calories burned then stretch…

Iskipped Core 20 yesterday, too! It was the first time I really skipped, but I needed a day. It was also Mother's Day and My Bday so I gave my self a break, but I am right back at it today! Don't feel bad :)

I have not done the Inferno, but I think that the reason that the calories are so low (1200) is because it is ONLY for 5 days and it is supposed to be a way to lose weight QUICK and tone up quick.
