Good question. I think that you can switch up "when" you do the exercises, but I am not sure about like doing just the shorter ones. Especally the HIITs because you are not supposed to do a HIIT two days in a row.

I was really sore on day 3, but it got easier to do. It goes away and then returns the first, second and third day of each level. Take some tylenol or something and when you get warmed up and going you won't notice it as much!

I hear ya! I may actually do stretch 40 later today. I just did HIIT 20 and then Core 20. I can't wait for Fire 45 tomorrow :)

I had to do the breakdown for the first couple of times, but today I did it all the way through, not problems :) Keep at it, you will get it! I loved it. The only thing is that I have to get a drink of water usually between circuits (when she is jumproping) I love the fire drills! I get a heart rate monitor next week so I…

I always finish her videos and stretch at the end with her, but not the additional 10 minutes :) I may have to do it after the HIITS though because my legs were sore yesterday :) All that jumping :)

I don't do the stretch videos after the workouts, but I do the one stretch 40 a week after the 20 of core. Do you do another calorie burning video after a Fire video or were you talking strictly about that stretch 40 class?

I figure that the rest days are there for a reason, so I am resting. I am a tad sore from the jumping yesterday in HIIT, so it is actually a good break...I do feel like I should be working out though :(

How about a different types of cardio, like an eliptical or something else different?

I can see why you are frustrated. Are you doing the same thing at the gym when you go? How about trying a different routine to shake things up a bit?

That's awesome! I loved it too, I think that the next time I do it, I am not going to do "New to Class" and see how intense it is..I can't believe that you burned that many calories.

I am on a rest day and I feel like I should be doing something...LOL! I just can't wait to be further than I am (on day 10) so that I can start seeing more results!

I switched my saturday and Sunday last week. Also, today I am about to eat some yummy chinese food and the HIIT 20 wasn't enough so instead of stretch 10, I did the sculpt 30 and on Thursday I wil do the stretch (or something) I think that you can "mix it up" as long as you DO NOT DO a HIIT class two days in a row :)
