honestly i know they suck but squats and lunges are the best, also leg raises, try starting with running and cycling to kinda get the muscles working, but for real results those squats is definitely the way to go. They do get easier in time :)

hi, I'm Natasha, ive been on fitness pal for a week now, i lost 5 pounds but seemed to have gained 2 back. I recently had a baby, got lucky and lost all the weight i had gained, but now i want to loose the pounds i was unhappy with before pregnancy. i was 183 and my goal is to get to 145, i think that this site is amazing…
