Wow, everyone looks great!! =D I need some more motivation to work out and all of you ladies definitely gave me that motivation. It shows that cutting back and exercise truly can make a difference. I especially appreciate the 30 Day Shred pics since I am attempting to continuously do this workout! Thanks ladies and keep up the good work!!!0

I am a mother of 3 year old twins. I was completely lazy up until my kids were about a year and a half. I was so depressed and completely disgusted with myself. I decided it was time for a change. Below is my progress thus far. 105 pounds down. If I can do it, anyone can!
You are amazing!!! I love this thread.0 -
Freaking Bump! Hopefully posting to this soon!!!0

I absolutely LOVE seeing these pictures! So motivational! I've been a big girl my whole life. Gave birth to my first child on Jan 6th, 2012, and fortunately didn't gain a dang thing during pregnancy. Time for a change! Not just about me anymore! Thank you to all who posted their stories, I will be checking back and hopefully posting pictures of my own!0

8 months pregnant with 6th child. I gain 50-60lbs per child.
9 months later. Weight is normally gone. I figured that this is how I was going to look. I even bought bigger clothes.
One year later. Normally all my weight is gone, but not this time.
Feb27th of this year I had been exercising and eating 1200 calories. 131 lbs
2 months later. Same exercises, but changed diet, inches started to come off started to finally come off. I increased calories, increased protein, and decreased carbs. 127lbs
I am 42 and have 6 kids.
EDIT: Trying to resize!
Wow wow wow - you are HAWT!! Well DOne - I am inspired for sure! THANK YOU!!!0 -
