*I wanted to make sure my profile pic was my current before and after. After I had my son in 2010 I weighed over 240. I started tracking around 232 in March of 2011. Today I am 193.8!

I love posts like this! It shows that even though we are mom's, we are super busy, and we have been blessed with carrying and having our children which completely messes with our bodies -We can STILL take control of our lives and make healthy decisions and CHANGE OUR BODIES!!
