This was right after I gave birth. Feb. 6, 2010. I topped out at 194. I was 120 before I got pregnant.
2 weeks after birth. Probably 175.
October 2011. I was 164.
My birthday, Dec. 12, 2011 I was 138
New Years Eve 2012. I was 136.
I got sick in January and had to go on steroids for my asthma. Then, I got lazy and ate poorly for the past 3 months. I went up to 148 again and as of yesterday morning I was back to 138. My goal is 115.0 -

Started off at 175 right before my son was born- and was 158 after. It's taken me a year and a half to lose the weight, and I still have quite a bit of toning to do, but slow and steady---I'm down to 123!0 -

most current from the after picture... about month since starting a new heavy lifting routine. My weight changed a pound and I lost an inch off my waist and some off my hips.
