I am an avid weight watchers point counter! hahahaha but i have decided to keep track on here as well, it is quite interesting. After counting points for so long, it is really hard for me to just count calories. But Im on my way! I also like the fact that we can keep track of excecise, thats way cool! Wish me luck!

You know what is funny! is that is my same issue, i ate Like crazy over the holidays, and gained 4 pounds, i got obsessive with the working out the day after new years and i actually: as of yesterday dropped those dang 4 pounds!
