I love mine.... they push you harder then you would push yourself & ensure you are doing things correctly (so you don't hurt yourself). Definately utilise the trial sessions you were given & then decide for yourself, you should know by then if you want to actually pay for more sessions. You have nothing to lose!

Personally i like to chew..... I'm not a fan of shakes etc mainly because I don't like the taste but again I like to chew, I like to eat.... If she was just putting her normal food in a blender to puree it, maybe it's worth a try....

It's the hardest time for me to get motivated, but apparently the best time to workout according to my pt... I find that I can't give 100% effort but just do what I can & figure it's better then nothing at all!

Cadbury chocolate is my weakness especially just before TOM visits & usually during as well....:sad: But... am very happy to report that I got thru the last visit with zero cravings!! first time in my whole life :noway: Don't know if its the weightloss, healthy eating or exercise.... but I hope it is repeated this time…
