  • Hi Jill! You can do this. My husband and I started Keto in August. We stuck to it and had a great deal of success. I went to YouTube and found a channel called KetoConnect. I really like the couple that do the videos. I started with their “getting started “ videos. A lot of helpful info. Don’t buy Dr. Oz Raspberry pills…
  • I found very informative (and not so informative) sites on YouTube. KetoConnect is a couple that share a lot of helpful tips and recipes! Dr Berry is great too. There are others who are trying to sell you anything that they can. Avoid these Good luck!
  • My husband and I have been doing Keto since early August. I sought info on YouTube with Dr. Berry and a couple that have an informational site called KetoConnect. We’ve had great luck and doing it as a couple has made this work for us. Good luck!
  • Hi! Add me. I have just returned as well! I've logged for about 11 days now. Trying to stick with it!!!!
  • I just jumped back on board yesterday! Did well. I struggle after a couple of days and lose my drive. I looked at my profile picture and it was from better days. Good luck!!
  • True. Good thought!
  • I'm with you! I made Lifetime and kept it off. I now need to make the change. It's frustrating because I know what to do, I just do not stick with it beyond day 3! My sweet tooth gets me too! You're on the right track! Start right now!!!! No need to wait until tomorrow.
  • Hang in there! I know how that goes. My husband eats like there is no tomorrow. It is tough to not grab something when we go out. Often, I am not even hungry, but I order and eat it anyway. I was lean and watched my foods, after having lost 40lbs. But, after keeping it off for 3 years, I have put it back on! I am in the…
  • Best of luck with it! It is great program. I lost 40lbs doing the at-work program. Keep the right mind set and stick with it. I started counting points again, today. I had been doing MFP calories only. I needed to mix it up and get a jump start!
  • I love Jolly Time Kettle Corn snack bags [microwave popcorn]. One bag is 110 calories and it satisfies that urge to have something sweet, yet salty.
  • The lady who created the recipes, on her website, said to try Amazon, if you are unable to find buttermilk powder. I was wondering the same thing. They look really good! http://snappygourmet.com/2013/08/07/homemade-ranch-seasoning/
  • Hellmanns Light Mayo with the light blue lid. Nothing beats it on my sandwiches! I have a 1/2 TBSP measuring spoon that I use, but most of the time, I use the full TBSP. As others have stated, be mindful of portions. 1/2 T = 18 calories 1 T = 35 Calories
  • I just bought Les Mills Combat and I cannot wait to start today!
  • I also use Runkeeper app and wear my Fitbit Flex. When I return, my Runkeeper has a more accurate mileage display, so I edit the mileage on the Fitbit page to match Runkeeper.
  • I start Beta today! So excited. I was getting board with Alpha. Can hardly wait!
  • I start my 4th week tomorrow. Its good, but tough. The main thing that my coaches have told me was to make sure that I concentrate more on my form than on keeping up with the main group. I do some of the modifications when needed. There is a person, Talia, who does the modified version of the moves. Don't be afraid to do…
  • You might want to try the Nike Premier Flex TR2. It is good for cross training type workouts. As the others have said, go in and try them on. You can find them at department stores, such as, JCPenneys. They are priced reasonable and coupons and discounts are often available. Good luck!
  • I, too, am a WW convert. Your message was right on queue. I would beat myself up for going over on my points. MFP does indeed push me to do a little extra. I can see the times when I did little exercise vs the days with more. I like seeing that I am still losing even when I slip up a day. Welcome!!
  • That is great! I just said to her that I have been considering buying it. I like how you do the modifications.
  • Thats great!. I am 5'4 and 160 at 46. I used to do the dance-y type workouts, but more jiggles than I remember. [I've put on 25-30lbs since I used to do those things]. I have thought of trying the T-25 workout. You have mentioned many of my concerns. I am getting closer to buying it. I am afraid to buy it but let it sit…
  • Thats fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Turbokick!!!!!!!!!
  • Hi and welcome!!!
  • I am with you too !!!! I think that Sisterhoodoft put it best. I am going to take her words and the advice of other too. I had to look twice because I thought, did I write that? Lamb Chop, you are not alone. I can be your 'start over" pal and we start today. I too lost weight, gained it back. Every 6 years I put back on…
  • That's great! I am/was a Lifetime member of WW. I lost 40lbs 7years ago. In the last year, I put it back on. I could not keep my head in the game and was paying my hard money too, to WW. I am making a new Go at it! Welcome aboard.
  • I have it too. I have been trying to find a better option. Does the night boot help? I have used a bottle of water, frozen, to roll my foot on. It helps. I noticed that it almost feels bruised on the right side, where the strap is. But I think that the pain is causing me to walk and run at an angle.
  • Good morning!! I have signed on and I am looking to add folks as well. I, like many, have been "there" and I want to get back "there". "There" is the me that I liked. I am a Weight Watcher who hit my Lifetime Goal. I maintained for 6 years, then I fell off the wagon. I stopped exercising and eating properly. Now I am…
