Yeah I ate an entire pint of Ben and jerry's ice-cream this week after getting my wisdom teeth removed. All in one day. Lost another pound today. Calories in; calories out.

Not me! I'd never be able to do yoga! haha

Pretty much in the same boat. Later boobs! I think the worst is getting rid of all my "fat" cloths. A lot of great thrift finds that just make me look like a giant sack of potatoes.

This sounds awesome.. Thank you!

Wow you look stunning!!! You should be so proud

I allocate about 50 calories a day to coffee. I add fat free half and half. I used to add sugar and regular h&h a long time ago but was able to cut that out. I have between 1 and 3 cups a day at most. Coffee is one of life's simple pleasures. Don't let them take it away from you!

I've heard that if you eat a heavy meal 30 minutes before bed, your body is up processing it and you can wake up pretty tired. With that being said, I oftentimes eat a piece of fruit or something before hitting the hay and I seem to be okay haha.

I'm a vegetarian so I sympathizes with you. "A lactating woman needs 500 extra calories and 12-21 extra grams of protein. This may be the only time in your life that you can eat large portions and lose weight." - http://www.savvyvegetarian.com/articles/vegetarian-pregnancy.php Eat lots of eggs, fake meat, and beans and you…

I've lost 32 pounds so I can't be THAT bad :)

I've been on MFP for what seems like years. Probably not that long, but definitely over a year to lose 30 pounds. I've been slowly losing weight over this time. Sometimes I take breaks. What this means is that I will "maintain" my weight for 1-2 weeks to give my body something different. I do this every 6 months or so.…

Thank you!!! I seriously cannot run at all and you've given me a little motivation. Thank you and congratulations!

I would lean towards something other than caffeine - like food that gives you energy. Something that always works for me are eggs & peas scrambled with half a grapefruit.
-
DUH! Why didn't I try that? It worked... thank you!

It's possible to get your calories from healthy food - but honestly you have to cook. Try something like this: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/raviolo_arugula_pecorino.html or: http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/sweet_potato_red_pepper_pasta.html or some simple things:…

I'm assuming this is for me - Actually... no. Things that are extra are the honey mustard and the cheese: http://www.subway.com/applications/NutritionInfo/Files/NutritionValues.pdf A veggie sub is actually, even loaded, pretty seriously low calorie. from Subway's website: Calories for a footlong: 460 That includes: 9-grain…

I'm a vegetarian and have been eating at subway more often recently - sometimes I will eat an entire veggie foot long. I tend to load it up with lettuce, black olives, bell peppers, sweet peppers, and red onion with some swiss cheese, honey mustard, and a bag of chips. And it's only 600 calories hahahaha. 675 with the…

Hell, jesus turned water into wine, so what's with the hate? :)

Would be a pretty clean eater, but never going to give up wine. :)

Maybe try something like this: http://fitfinity.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/ball-crunches-400x400.jpg I do something called yoga situps (with a yoga mat) from Ana Brett & Ravi's dvds.

Hiyas!! Welcome to MFP. Friend away!

This has happened to me many times by people who never meant to offend me. When you say no - they tend to feel pretty mortified also. I usually got asked "when is it due?" "boy or girl?" Once in front of the husband!!!!!!!!!! It was one of the very first motivators that I had to drop the weight. I never wanted to feel like…

I don't trust myself to measure accurately at all - except my morning coffee. I have a good idea how much cream I've put in by the color. I use a ton of measuring cups. It's so worth it though knowing how much you are actually putting into your body.

Mighty leaf has the best herbal teas I've ever had. http://www.mightyleaf.com/tea-pouches_herbal-tea/ They are all awesome. A bit pricey, but so worth it. I'm saving up for a box next month :)

I do a lot of yoga and they recommend not eating 2 hours before a workout. I guess it depends how vigorous the activity. If I were to run for a few miles would probably eat something before.
