For me, it's about 1200 calories not working into my lifestyle. I wouldn't be able to have a glass of wine ever again :( And to me, being super skinny isn't worth not enjoying the food I love. I just want to be healthy.

My rule of thumb with strength changing is if you feel like you are so tired you can't do anymore, do like 10 more. Sometimes you have to push yourself a bit or you don't make progress.

Truthfully, you should eat 30 minutes, at least, before bed. Or, even if you exercise, your body is up processing that food. You probably will hear this a lot, but you really should not go under 1200 calories. (unless you mean like +5 or something) Your body will go into starvation mode and will actually start retaining fat. What are you eating? Can't view your diary, otherwise would suggest something for you.

That would mean coke 0 would be considered water replacement and that is just flat out incorrect. It's horrible for you plus anything with caffeine, including green tea, is a diuretic. And the more you drink, the more you're going to feel it. Herbal tea without milk or sugar? Maybe.

One thing I'm dealing with is mistaking heartburn for hunger pains. Sometimes when my stomach is on empty, I'll feel the burning sensation, which makes me want to eat. If I drink plenty of water this definitely helps feeling hungry. Figured I'd offer something different just in case you might have the same problem I do.

Prepared foods, even vegetarian, are packed with lots of sodium. With that being said, sodium isn't GOD AWFUL for you. Going over your sodium a little is far better than going over your sugar.
