I am 45, 5' 2 3/4" and started at 140. Currently at 117 and thinking my goal is around 110 to 115. Need to do some serious toning of what is left!

You can do this, I can't believe that I have dropped from 140 to 117 in 3 1/2 months. I am now addicted to logging! I am on MFP everyday so feel free to add me as a friend if you would like.

I think there is a glich with MFP. A lot of the reports I run will show a negative for the first day on the bar graph for some reason. If you change from 7 days to 30 days it should show that date correctly.

My family loves turkey burgers with 1 pkg reduced fat feta, 2 tsp greek seasoning, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and 1/2 cup egg substiture mixed with 2 lbs of turkey, grill on the stove top as they are hard to manage on a traditional grill.
