Im currently making my way thru star strek: the next generation while walking on the treadmill max incline. half way thru the 5th season now. I used to watch movies while doing it but I ended up taking ages to figure out what to watch, find a couple tv series your interested in and watch 1 or 2 episodes a day !

Just have to always check or upload yourself. I usually do keto so I always have to look, you often find people just logging calories or calories/fat, as that is what they are personally tracking. Its annoying but only other thing you can do is say that the data it inaccurate on that foods nutritional info page.

Im not 100% but I think I read that BMI was made / is used to generalise population weight and not meant to be for just looking at individuals. I dont have any sources for that.

Im getting into a lot of teas these days, the unsweetened brew your own english kind. Green tea too and also I keep a 2 liter bottle of water by my desk so I always have a drink when I think Im getting a bit peckish. If i must snack on food, it will be 1 cheesestring which is about 67 kcal. and then more water.

I find this a bit hard to understand, I always thought that a ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet If your getting trying this but with low carb, wont your body just turn the High protein your intake into glucose for energy ? Counting calories is great but i dont think its that simple, Im sure it will have already been mentioned but everyone will have different amounts of leptin and insulin sensitivity. Generally less food = weightloss. but there are always exceptions

I just use good whole earth crunchy peanut butter. Nothing wrong with the fats in it at all and it tastes great!
