Carbs, Gotta keep the carbs low to stay in ketosis I watch calories a little bit but not that much anymore

If you do, what is the point of exercise if your goal is to lose weight, you might as well just not exercise and not eat any more. it is also very hard to judge how many calories your exercise burned.

you will be puttting on muscle probably, which weighs more than fat. but will still be losing body fat.

Wow 1 net carb per 50g sounds almost too good to be true, I currently use lindt 90% dark which has 14g net carbs per 100g and i thought that was pretty decent. I think its one of those things that is just different for everyone, Some people love them and some people cannot stand to use them. I always think that are better than the real thing but if you can avoid the artificial sweeteners as well, that is also great.

I only eat the full fat version and have a hard enough time finding that with all the low fat or half fat versions about!

Nothing wrong with almonds or calories from fat [as long as they are not transfats or hydrgenated] I know loads of people are loosing weight on a high fat, low carb diet. I am :)

I have not actually tried this just yet but i think i might have to, I have made a few breads with linseed and almonds that worked well and looked more like bread than the oopsie rolls i have seen, but still its about the taste so I will make some soon

I also agree. It seems that some people over on r/keto just dont want to count calories and thats fine if keto is working for them with out tracking, I just find it so much easier to have the data on what im eating, always knowing I am not eating too much and not getting too fat. I always recommend anyone who is starting…

depends on the individual almond weight. they are not all the exact same size or weight.

The Nutritional Info should be on the menu, At minimum the calories should be in plain sight.
