Tomorrow is weigh in day for me but I'm in the middle of TOM, thanks for the heads up that I'll weigh more than I expected, saves me scratching my head about it tomorrow.

Good grief I totalled the calories up in the burger husband made me, oh my gosh...I'm over calories for the day, how ironic. Nice burger but next time I'll have no bun and half the burger with a large salad. :)

Solved the issue, my lovely husband cooked a lovely homemade beefburger in a homemade bun with salad..yum yum. Plus I have a cold small beer ;)

I love snacking on nuts I have trail mix of plain peanuts with raisins OR chilli coated peanuts and I usually have nuts/seeds on my cereal (not this morning). I DID IT ! I DID IT ! I found the last 5ish minutes tough going but I DID IT ! My husband and I walked half the figure of eight with the children (plus pram, bike and scooter) to check out the path and so that I would know where to run, as I have terrible sense of direction. I must confess whenever I see a runner I am so impressed that they are fit enough to do it. That said ALL the runners I have ever seen are so skinny and fast, where are the slow fat ones like me hiding ?!

Right, harder & feel in calves. Guess that is because I have to push my body forward rather than keep up with the floor moving under me IYSWIM. I'll just see how I go, if it is too hard I can always go back to the treadmill and just keep trying outside at the weekends until I can do it.

I have just moved from weighing daily and recording every time the weight changed downward to weekly. I found it easier during the last week not to think about the scales and was fairly worried I might of put on weight even though my weekly counts were fine. What I really liked was the big drop I got on weighing day 3.4lbs…
