I would suggest the entire shoulders day also but if you are against that then i think the rest looks good, would be nice to take a one day rest then do your other two days tho, but understand hectic schedules

I am having a chicken and veggie stir fry, I don't eat carbs after 3pm but my family is having it on top of brown rice, I eat it alone and love it! Last week we did a sweet and sour chicken with pineapple and veggies on top of brown rice, again loved it!

It is not easy, I am 25 and found at 1.5 years ago at 23 that I have cancer and I felt so many emotions, hatred, anger guilt, fear, but mostly confusion and anger.
