Hell Yessssss! You will sweat your butt off during Bikram and if you do it x3 a week, it might help with your seven lbs. You would have be to insane to do this daily, but it is so relaxing and enjoyable. Try one class and you are sold!

look through several churches that offer classes for free. Most will charge 5 dollars to attend. Charleston city and recreation offers classes for 5 dollars including several other classes of interest.

I stay on youtube and i learned by watching various videos. the secret is the gel and the way to wrap the hair. some say doing two strand twist and then twisting into a bantu is helpful for natural hair. evo gel is the best i believe, but this is me. I must take pics and show. we should start a thread on pictures.

honestly, i try to wash x2 a week. i wash with shampoo once a week and conditioner midweek. sometimes when it's really dry, i sleep in a conditioner and wash it out in the morning. it's helps alot with the sweating from my workouts. i am now 12 weeks post, so i need to bantu it or do something to stop using so much heat.
