I also have 1/2 lemon squeezed in hot water sometimes add a mushed strawberry for extra yum. I have this first thing in the morning it is great for your digestive…

Yup any "diet" takes the "joy" out of life but thats only if food is the only joy in your life. the thing with Low carb is quality, there are plenty of low carb veggies and fruit out there, you just need to be more creative. and as far as teh 20 carbs a day goes, if you read the books or do some research the 20 carbs is…

Grilled with Mango salsa on top, veggies on the side.

The KettleWorX dvd's mix it up enough that you are not doing the exact same thing every day. right now one day is core, next is cardio and last is resistance. there are also target workouts, legs, abs, arms & shoulders and back.

I LOVE MY Kettle bells. I ordered the KettleWorX DVD's. The coaching and videos are easy to follow and after a few weeks, Hubby reluctantly joined in, he thought they looked too easy, boy was he surprised. now he looks forward to the challenge . I find that I now need a heavier bell, so will be picking one up. make sure to…

ha ha OR you could use it as a reward instead!! positive motivation... witholding my lead to other problems...

A tough one, I found that sticking to my guns and saying things like "I will have water thanks" when milkshakes or pop are an option does help. vocalizing for yourself out loud infront of him may help to get him thinking. I try to order mine first vocalizing (talking to myself outloud) I will pick a not so good item, then…

peppermint tea! this is true, it also helps with water retention too. try it cold in the summer with ice and a slice of lemon or lime in it. yum (no sugar added its not needed)

Its hard to suggest anything since we cant see your diet. I myself have struggled with the gassyness and pain and yes acne. I thing possibly unrelated. I discovered these things by trial and error, and using elimination diets(doctor monitored) I highly reccomend seeing your doctor first off to find out the best way to…

 "banana equivalent dose" google it. this is actually true, but its also true of EVERY food. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banana_equivalent_dose ban all bananas... untill next year they will be the miracle cure for some obscure disease... then we will have to ban eggs again..

baking soda, put some in the can (after you have washed with soap and dried it. if thats too much work then toss them outside in a recycle bin right away. I know someone that stores empy cans in a freezer untill garbage day. or you can be like my coworker and bring the can to work and toss it out there.

im 5'0 too!!, I used ot eat only 1200 and eat back excercise calories, I did fine for a while but have plateaued, I have just (with a bunch of courage and faith) increased that to 1400. Stress can be a funny thing, it affects everyone differently. in my opinion(and from personal experiance) Make sure to keep drinking lots of water and find some you-time to de-stress. as for not drinking alcohol, good for you. I also stopped myself to help with weight loss, but keep in mind even if you only had drinks on…

Here is my 2 cents, I always go over on protien, always MFP's settings i find to be too low for that, I go over on sugar when I eat a lot of fruit, if it were over from candy or icecream I would consider that a problem, but fruit and veggies, not so much an issue for me. as long as I stay within my calories for the day.…

Hmmm I love my doctor, she is fantastic and has been 100% supportive with my weightloss and using MFP. The thing is I dont think everyone is comfortable with their practitioners to question a diagnosis or advice, I also think that many are not asking questions or the right ones. Anytime my doctor says/suggests something…
