Help! need low impact fun strength training at home
I keep seeing ads for KettleWorx, anybody tried this? It looks like fun and I workout at home, I dont like the gym. I need a low impact strength training, my knee and ankle couldnt take the jumping in 30DS, My doc suggested in 20 more lbs lost I can try the 30DS again.

What time of day is best for a workout?
Due to my schedual I usually workout in the evening before 8pm, I dont like getting up earlier than I already do. I tried working out this morning and it was OK I could probably talk myself into earlier workouts. My question is, what time of day is the best for working out in regards to weightloss?

Taste aside ExtendBars were suggested to me to help with nighttime hunger and pre/post workout cravings, I have read alot about them, they get some good reviews but they contain a bit of Malitol. Does anyone have any experiance with them?
