SO. Halloween is just around the corner ladies and Gents, stay strong and stay out of the treat bowl.

Here is a recipie for a good for you treat, packed full of vitemins and protein that is somehow appropriate.

Fresh Roasted Pumpkin Seeds - A super good for you treat.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons butter, melted 1 pinch salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
2. Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally

I use pam cooking spray olive oil, and season with a little seasoning salt OR mix up some onion powder, paprikia, garlic powder and sometimes curry powder. you can season them with pretty much anything even cinnamon(naturally sweet tasting), nutmeg or alspice(just a little though)

Good luck everyone,

what are your survial tips?

No Halloween candy anywhere near where I am. But my least favorite is candy corn...that **** s'nasty!

The worse is the one you eat too much of.

I can't control myself around chocolate, so we bought playdoh to give out instead of candy. It was a success last year :)
