Help please - cant add a picture

I nkow this is probably easy to do but I cant seem to figure out how to add a picture to a thread.

can anyone please help?

    Hello you should upload it to a uploading image share website, take the img url link, add [im.g] LINKNOSPACESANYWHEREOrcommas [/i.mg] and then you've got your picture to show. Add it to the post you'd wish to show in the correct thread.
