I keep seeing ads for KettleWorx, anybody tried this? It looks like fun and I workout at home, I dont like the gym.

I need a low impact strength training, my knee and ankle couldnt take the jumping in 30DS, My doc suggested in 20 more lbs lost I can try the 30DS again.

I have not seen or tried Kettleworx but I have heard of Biggest Loser Power Sculpt which looks pretty good.

I know what you mean about the 30DS, I know she doesn't offer modified jumping jacks but I have to in order not to injure myself.
I actually tore something in my arm recently from all those planks, so now I am modifying those too. So I am probably not getting the best results but I only have 10 more days to go. I will also try again with full effort when I loose some more weight.

I love Jackie Warner's Power Circuit Training. Some of her reps are too fast, but you can do it at your own pace!

I have decided to try the KellteWorx, Ordered them yesterday. I can send them back if I dont like it or sell it on ebay. My coworker who is a workout-aholic said that she likes the kettleball class at the gym and there is no jumping.
