This is a tough time of year for a lot of people, with weather changes and illnesses abound it is tough. even with summer just around the corner I am finding it hard to stay focused myself. Thanks for this challenge, good luck to everyone, 10 lbs or not if we give it our everything only good can come from it.

after lots of research and trial and error. I use Vega whole food powder. I only use one scoop, with 1/2 cup of milk(or milk substitute) and 1/2 to 1 cup water and 1 1/2 cups of frozen fruit of choice. blend well and enjoy. I live by these rules have for years, doesnt alsways work :grumble: but I do try. I have however had much more sucess since sending hubby off to wander the mall while I shop and now that I am much much more aware and read labels. :tongue:

I diddnt take any before pics of my legs, mine werent too big, but I did find the more cardio on my elliptical I did the better shape they showed. It was one of the first places that really started to show the fat loss.

the salt in the DC isnt going to help. try herbal teas, if you want them sweet add a bit of natural honey, its good for you in small amounts and if you track the calories its not so bad.
