if you have room to do a push up then you have room enough. all you need are some hand weights and a mat if the floor is hard. the first few days your muscles will hurt, just power through it once you get warmed up the pain eases off.

The fact that there is a "does" and there is a "does not" should be enough. one outnumbering the other is mute. BMI is height/build dependant, im 5' 1" my goal weight is very different from my friend who is 5' 4" . staying in the healthy range is what is most important being at the bottom of the healthy zone probably not a great idea.
