Pretty much the only things my colleagues want to do are eat and drink alcohol, so I try not to socialise outside of work. I'm more comfortable flying solo and not having to fit the things I want to do (work out, food prep, movies, video games) around other people.

I creeped this lady's pics in the "pick up line" thread because I'm horribly jealous of her hair.

I have finished Slim In Six, It was an okay workout but got REALLY boring doing the same thing for so long. There's not much variation in it.

I creep Ophidion like a fat kid creeps cake.

Ugh, I totally forgot some places in the world have sun at this time of year. I've forgotten what sun looks like.
-
Make sure you keep it clean, moisturised and uncovered. Don't wear anything that will rub on it. I just got a new one yesterday and will be doing some yoga today.

Heroes gets more episodes and still no "Firefly"? SIGH

Maintain a calorie deficit and exercise, you will lose fat! You can't target fat loss when losing, just keep on keeping on.
-
I actually give up. I've asked you over and over to restate your point in a way that makes sense, and you have refused to repeatedly. If you have such a wonderful understanding of nutrition, why are you here? To help us poor, less educated folk how to eat better and save our lean body mass? You're a saint. PS: If a person…

I am obviously far too dense to understand your response, then. I provided you with a full rundown of my diet and exercise, my macronutrient ratios and I stick to them or near as dammit. So why, if I eat refined sugar, am I not burning fat? I just want you to explain that to me. I have clearly not lost 70lbs of muscle, but…

Thanks for linking this on the sugar thread, holy crayola. Awesome work.

Or until the end of time, whichever comes first!

The pikachu in your ticker has the right idea. I got some carbs left, wanna split a lollipop?
-
I'm on a 40/30/30 split. I do very well. I just don't understand how the "expert" on this post is trying to explain that by eating processed sugars (which I actually CANNOT track as they're not listed separately on most foods in this country) I cannot be burning fat. Everyone in the post has said, if it fits your calories…

Okay, so are you saying I have been losing muscle mass and not fat, because I consume sugar? I eat about 1g protein per lb of lean body mass, do three days a week of HITT running intervals and walk an hour a day. I also do about 35 minutes of circuits three times a week with weights. On my "rest" days I am still pretty…

And you appear to be masterfully adept at being condescending and avoiding the question. Please explain what I am burning to lose weight if I am not burning fat.
-
I read exactly what you posted. Calorie deficit = weight loss Eating sugar means I won't burn fat So if I am eating sugar on a calorie deficit and lose weight, what is it I am losing? pls respond, I am scared for my organs.
-
@Greytfish - pls respond, I want to know what the hell I have been burning if it isn't fat... IS IT MY SPLEEN? MY PANCREAS? MY UVULA?! (I had a pretty fat uvula... It looks skinnier now).
-
I wish I could say I saved you some cake.
-
Okay, so according to your logic: Eat at a calorie deficit (regardless of what you eat) = losing weight Eat too much sugar and your body will burn the sugar and then carbs and THEN finally the fat. So if I constantly ate at a deficit for a year, and consumed say, ONLY twinkies, I would lose weight because I'm in a deficit…

I have the weirdest boner right now.
-
In simple terms, yes. However I remain satiated a lot longer if I eat three square meals and a small snack of something sweet than if I had a huge cake at lunch time. I know, because I had a huge cake at lunch time. Now I am hungry and have no more calories. The cake was really good, and I don't do this every day, so…

I'm a bit bored of sugar being demonised and blamed for weight gain. CHOCOLATE didn't make you fat. Eating too much goddamn food and not moving enough made you fat. Eat a little bit less of everything, move a little bit more than you did before. Sugar is not going to come into your bedroom at night and fart on your pillow.
-
Same here. Dietary sugar isn't listed in food here, just overall carbs/fat/protein so I don't even track sugar. I've lost over 70lbs.
-
But if the OP stays under her calorie allowance she is still in a deficit and will still lose weight... SOOOO she can still have some chocolate.
-
Please don't be scared of chocolate, this makes me really sad.

You can reach the same goals by doing research and building a good, supportive friend-list here on MFP. You can do that for free. OR you can pay this dude to help you. Up to you. Either way, you have to be accountable for what you eat and your exercise. I'm tight, though, so I would choose the free option every time.
-
Yes it works, if you use it properly.

Mine tells me I'm sexy and rubs my legs so hard I almost cry. It hurts SO GOOD.
