Nope, burning more calories than I consume helped in my weight loss. You can get the same "full" effect by drinking more water.

Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012 was my favourite, varied exercises and routines meant I could play for an hour or so every day and not get bored. I also played Dance Central 1&2 half to death.. It takes about an hour and a half to play through the game on "story" mode and was a whole lot of fun.
