This. I got chewed out by someone on my FL because I was complaining about feeling awful after a 10k run the other night... I've only been eating 1500 a day (5'8 167lbs) and 10k burns 600 calories for me. You're asking your engine to run on fumes, that's why you're running out of energy. I *still* feel crappy two days…

I use the regular Zombies, Run! app when I'm not training for anything in particular. I'm close to finishing c210k so I will be returning to my duties as Runner 5 soon. I want to try the c25k version just for the story :x

You do not *need* to cut carbs, a 40,30,30 (c,p,f) split is perfectly fine for an active person.

That's very little food for your current weight, especially if you're working out. When I was 200lbs I was trying to get about 1600 net a day, eating most of my exercise calories landed me at eating nearly 2000 cals a day on workout days. Yes, I made a lot of friends here that became REAL friends... We text and talk about fitness and food and our goals, it stops me boring the **** out of my co-workers and family who don't share the same interests.

Yep, I've been using it since it launched and I've made a few hundred dollars since, their customer service is brilliant, it syncs with lots of apps and I've never had a problem that couldn't be resolved. Try it out!
