At least two mugs of Lyon's tea (none of that Barry's muck - it's an Irish thing) with a fair bit of skimmed milk. Without tea I'm mean.0

Hot, black coffee. X2.0

A smoothie w/ celery, carrots, spinach, romaine lettuce, fresh ginger, 1/2 cucumber w/ peel, 1/2 banana, 1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt.0

Plain water with drops of liquid chlorophyll. When I'm too sore, whey protein.0

Peaberry coffee, or a quad Americano. When I wake up, my caffeine stream has way too much blood.0

It used to be Irish tea.
Now I love Millicano Wholebean coffee with a bit of milk and half a tsp of sugar.
And a cup of water.

As for me, I make my own chai masala style tea from scratch with a little heavy cream and splenda.0 -
at 5:15am: glass of water while my kettle boils, then a London Fog with Vanilla Earl Grey and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Then a travel mug of some sort of green tea an hour later at work around 7am (usually ginger green, or honey lemon ginseng).0
