It depends on the day...
At home, I usually like coffee with 1/2 &1/2 and Splenda with breakfast, and/or caffeinated soda (especially on a tired school day). For morning pills, either save some of aforementioned drink(s), or grab a glass of water.
If I'd had to go out early one morning, I'd choose whatever sounded good and healthy at the restaurant after doing the commitment, but would still have to remember to take AM pills ASAP.0 -
Coffee, with sugar for the first cup, then Splenda for the second and third. I add either soy milk or unsweetened coconut milk as "creamer," as I'm allergic to all milk and milk products.0
