Berry Parfait 6oz yogurt..... any flavor 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder 1/2 c of any berry (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, etc) 1tbsp granola optional Mix protein powder into yogurt. Then alternate yogurt and berries in a glass. Top with granola if desired.

Blueberry Pancake 1 scoop vanilla protein mix 7 or 8 blueberries Mix protein mix with water to the consistency of pancake mix then add blueberries. Cook on griddle or skillet until brown on both sides.

I make a menu for the week and shop for the food on Sunday since MFP starts a new week on Monday. That way you will know exactly what you are going to eat and wont have extra food possibly going to waste.

Great point. I cant live with cereal and sandwiches. I guess if I choose whole wheat over white that would be more beneficial.

It is a Jillian Michaels workout DVD. It lasts 30 days and you can lose up to 20 lbs. It costs about 10 bucks at Walmart..

I wear my HRM all the time because it's also a watch, but I only start the calorie counter/timer when I start working out. When I finish my workout I log them in.

Count me in. I currently workout 5-7 days a week and I've lost 17 pounds in about 2 months. My goals are: Start C25K Lose 10 pounds Lose 5 inches
