GG, I looked at your diary and I see why you're hungry. You're eating calorie laden food that is not of the best quality. Try eating 100 calories in vegetables with olive oil with about 3 to 4 ounces of lean protein. The fiber in the veggies and the fat in the oil will keep you feeling fuller longer.

This is advice from Shaun T himself, if you are making too much noise then you need to correct your form and land on the balls of your feet. If that still doesn't work you can buy workout shock absorbing mats. The ones that fit together like puzzles.

Hi, I'm Kay! Im on my 6th round of INSANITY! Im coming back from a neck, back and shoulder injury. I had to take an additional 2 week break after the recovery week to make sure that I was ok. I'm so ready to damage this fit test tomorrow.

I do both. Lifting will make you strong and yoga will give you the ability to touch your toes with your nose. LOL.

Are you wearing Crosstrainers? They are good to wear with Insanity. You can modify the moves as well. I hope this helps.
