Better fat sources needed

I need better fat sources. I go over too much. I don't like butter/margarine, avocadoes, dressings, or oils other than olive oil. Help! I was told that I need fat with every meal.

I like olive oil, cashews, and peanut butter. Anything else I can add to this?

    Also how about some fish oil gel caps, coconut oil, eating more salmon or throwing some tasty olives in your regular meals, i.e. chicken, steak, etc.

    replace olive oil with coconut oil. also, add cheese, avocados, eggs, any kind of nuts, whole milk, hemp seeds, salmon and fatty cuts of beef

    Why, there is no reason to? Coconut oil has benefits, but so does olive oil.

    Besides, OP stated they don't like other oils other than olive oil. They also do not like avocados.
