Ive searched Google on this topic and couldn't find an answer. But then again Im the worst Googler ever. So does mixing baking soda and water and drinking it help flush lactic acid? Thanks in advance!

It will neutralize your stomach acid and it's sodium bicarbonate so it will probably make you retain water. No idea about it flushing anything.0

I was told to drink it to help with soreness after workouts.0

It's a great way to neutralize acid in your stomach, but it has no way to travel into your muscle tissue. Plus, it has recently been disproven that lactic acid is the cause of DOMS. I would skip it.0

Lactic acid buildup is naturally flushed from your muscles within an hour of you stopping your workout.0

Lactic acid doesn't cause muscle soreness either.0
