I need a bigger neck.
The Army wants me to have a 15" neck to balance out my neck, waist, and hips measurements. Right now I'm doing shoulder shrugs and presses. Is there anything else that I can do to increase size? Right now my neck is 13.75".

Success is terrifying!
I think that I've figured out the riddle. I will do well for a week or two then SABOTAGE! Here's why: I am actually afraid that I may get the results I want. Now I need a defense mechanism for that feeling I have no idea why success is so terrifying.

Baking soda helps flush lactic acid?
Ive searched Google on this topic and couldn't find an answer. But then again Im the worst Googler ever. So does mixing baking soda and water and drinking it help flush lactic acid? Thanks in advance!

Better fat sources needed
I need better fat sources. I go over too much. I don't like butter/margarine, avocadoes, dressings, or oils other than olive oil. Help! I was told that I need fat with every meal. I like olive oil, cashews, and peanut butter. Anything else I can add to this?

No Goal Weight
I don't have a goal weight. I feel that it is a way to let a number define me. EX: I'm now 145#. That's perfect. Nah! That's not for me. Is that crazy?

I love my body but my *kitten* is like playdoh.
I have lost 48 pounds and I've lost all firmness back there. I have been lifting for 10 months. I do different types of squats, deadlifts, lunges, goblet and bodyweight squats. Still no firmness. I know you can't spot reduce/firm. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I really want to do a Half Iron Man, but cycling and swimming isn't my strongest point. I saw this on my friend's FB Timeline: Put a dollar in jar every time you workout. Set a goal for yourself (ex: $50 or $100) then use the money to treat yourself. :smile: This will be an additional motivator for me.

I hide my vegetables in my food.
I hate most vegetables. I will seriously become a three yr old at the table. So recently I started blending them up and hiding them.
