I think I finally broke the cycle!

I have to admit that I used to go through a vicious cycle of blaming and putting myself down:
1. I fuss at myself

2. Then I give myself a pep talk

3. Then I set up a reward system that encouraged me to get off the couch and move it.

4. One thing I will never do is:

I realized that I'm worth it and that I'm miles ahead of where I was in January 2012.....and even yesterday. It's been hard, but I'm so glad I that this is last year I makea New Year's Resolution regarding losing weight.
