I have lost 48 pounds and I've lost all firmness back there. I have been lifting for 10 months. I do different types of squats, deadlifts, lunges, goblet and bodyweight squats. Still no firmness. I know you can't spot reduce/firm. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Are you sure you're properly activating your glutes during your lifts? Have you been increasing weights? How is your form?0

Two exercises work really well in my experience: do the stepmill for your cardio (machine is like an escalator) and squats (smith machine or free standing) with medium weights, high reps.0
