I really want to do a Half Iron Man, but cycling and swimming isn't my strongest point.
I need advice especailly if anyone has done a triathlon or has advice on cycling/swimming/running or know of programs I can follow.
It may take me two or three years to get ready, but I really want to do one.
Thanks in advance

My suggestion would be to look for a local triathlon club or training group/program in your area that you could join. The triathlon community is very beginner friendly; they are generally very willing to work with beginners and help them along.0

I haven't done a Half Ironman, but I've completed Olympic and sprint distances. I used the training plans on www.beginnertriathlete.com. You can select training plans based on what your strengths and weaknesses are. And it's free.0
