1. One pound of muscle weighs the same as One pound of fat. You just look leaner.
2. Lifting heavy will not make me look like Mr. Bodybuilder of America.
3. It's ok to eat the foods you like..... moderation
4. One bad day doesn't mean I can sabotage the rest of the week.
5. Exercise is worthy of my time, mood improving, and FUN!!
6. Healthy food doesn't taste like cardboard and shredded paper.
7. I wished I had started sooner.
8. I AM WORTH IT!!
