Running in cooler weather
I am a new runner. I have graduated from Couch 2 5K and now I am doing Bridge to 10K. Today is the first day I have ran since it became cooler and I noticed that my sinus cavity became so dry it burned when I inhale. I had to use Simply Saline when I came into the house. Has anyone experienced this? How do you handle it?

Losing Weight/Turning Heads
Why is it that whenever a person loses weight people notice you and get a sprain in their neck from whipping it around to look at you? I mean, was I that busted when I was heavier? Does a person only look good in a smaller size? IDK, but thanks for the unspoken compliment.

Variations of old favorites
I'm tired of eating the same things in rotation. So I tried CAULIFLOWER "MASHED POTATOES" They are great and I don't have to work about blood sugar spikes like other white vegetables. What are some of your variations? Please share!

The back of my legs are PATHETIC
I work out at CrossFit and I'm seeing some positive changes, but the back of my legs looks as though someone has let the air out of them. There's no cellulite....THANK GOD. It's just not tight and toned. Any suggestions? Deadlifts? Surgery? Help please!

Nutritionist help really needed.
I have one functioning kidney. How much protein would be too much for the one I have? I don't have insurance so I cant go to a nutritionist myself so I'm hoping MFP have some nutritionists or medical personnel that can help me.
