I recently signed a membership to CrossFit. Does anyone have any tips or advice to give. THANKS! 400M run, stretch and warmup AMRAP: 10 thrusters 10 pull ups 10 vsits in 8 mins

    Try:

    21 lift and pressess
    21 burpees
    15 lift and presses
    15 burpees
    9 lift and presses
    9 burpees

    REST

    21 box jumps
    21 kettlebell swings
    15 box jumps
    15 kettlebell swings
    9 box jumps
    9 kettlebell swings

    REST

    21 ball bounces (use a heavy medicine ball that you smack off the floor with all your might!)
    21 arm presses (when you lie on your back)
    15 ball bounces
    15 arm presses
    9 ball bounces
    9 arm presses

    REST

    The first set will kill you :) sounds not much but trust me its really hard!!!!
