Short on time? Quick 10 Min Exercise :-)
Here is a quick exercise when time is tight. 1min Weight lifting with dumbbells (I do bicep curls with squats) 3min Jumping jacks 3min Jump rope 3min Running in place I burn about 140 calories..... but results vary depending on current weight. My first protein smoothie = YUCK
I just made my first protein smothie and it was AWFUL. Burning too many calories in a week.
I have a MFP goal to burn 2,150 calories per week. I wear a heart rate monitor that also calculates my calories and so far I have burned 3,948 calories and I have two more days to go to complete a week. A little to hungry after working out
I need help. I work out between my afternoon snack and dinner. I burn about 600-800 calories per workout. Afterwards I am a little too hungry. If I eat back my calories my weight doesn't go down.
