Here is a quick exercise when time is tight.

1min Weight lifting with dumbbells (I do bicep curls with squats)
3min Jumping jacks
3min Jump rope
3min Running in place

I burn about 140 calories..... but results vary depending on current weight. I use my HRM to get a calorie count.

    Thank you for the suggestion. :) I've been looking for a while for something to do really quick each day, but am not very creative. This looks like a good simple workout that is reasonable for me.

    Thanks for this I get put off having to put on dvd to exercise this I can do anywhere anytime
