Alternative Protein Mix Recipes (feel free to add yours)

NoBake Vanilla Protein Cake

1 egg
3 TBSP applesauce
2 TBSP syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 TBSP milk
2 TBSP flour
3 TBSP pancake mix
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Place the eggs, applesauce, syrup, milk and extract into a blender and blend until well mixed. Add the flour, pancake mix, and protein powder to the mixture and continue blending. Pour batter into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for two minutes. If it looks wet at the top you may microwave it in 10 second increments until it is at your desired texture.

    Blueberry Pancake

    1 scoop vanilla protein mix
    7 or 8 blueberries

    Mix protein mix with water to the consistency of pancake mix then add blueberries. Cook on griddle or skillet until brown on both sides.

    Berry Parfait

    6oz yogurt..... any flavor
    1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
    1/2 c of any berry (raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, etc)
    1tbsp granola optional

    Mix protein powder into yogurt. Then alternate yogurt and berries in a glass. Top with granola if desired.
