I don't have a goal weight. I feel that it is a way to let a number define me. EX: I'm now 145#. That's perfect. Nah! That's not for me. Is that crazy?

Just go on how you feel ! Its always good idea to have goals but once you hit a realistic goal don't focus on a number so much . 0
