    Pee-Can

Sounds gross when I type it out. I grew up in northeast Ohio and now live in southern Arizona where I'm pretty sure they say Puh-cawn

Pee-CAN (Canadian here). Also, for the word foyer, it's Foy-YAY not Foy-yer here. Just in case you want to inject some western-Canadianese accent into your repetoire.

Born in the Golden State, and call them PEA cans. Still do in the Gem State as well.

Here's a poser: how do YOU pronounce the word "caramel"? I say "Car Mull". Do you call it "Car Mull" or "Care uh Mel"?
