Wow! The cardio left me wanting more. Well, actually the whole DVD, but it's a good warm-up for me. When I did RI30 I wore an HRM and created an exercise in the database. If you don't have one maybe you could log it under circuit or interval training.

I ♥ CrossFit! I'm at the the box 5 to 6 times a week. I've gone from back squatting 55# to setting a gym recorded 235# in a month's time. I JUST HATE BURPEES!!!

They have bagel thins in stores now and are 110 calories (Thomas brand). There will be no need for scooping then and they are good.

I've wondered about this myself. I workout at CrossFit and we lift weights, run, jump rope, pullups etc. And was wondering if my calorie count would be off. It's a good thing I don't eat all of my exercise calories back. Thanks for posting.

I drink about 100 fl oz a day. So maybe stopping liquids at a certain time may help. However I do know that if I drink it even 30 min before a run I will be bent over in pain with that side stitch. Ink. Maybe my breathing is wrong.
