Not my recipe but I made it and it is very good especially cold in the summer. I baked at 350 for 25 mins. but check because it can still be wet ENJOY

Sure here it is- 2 cups cottage cheese mix in 2 eggs then add in vegetables like mushrooms,onion,peppers and zucchini put it in a corning pan sprayed with Pam and bake for 25 minutes. Cool or refrigerate before eating, Great as snack or lunch. I hope you enjoy!

Just a salad I eat almost every night to curb my appetite- Baby spinach and then I mix orange juice and balsamic,add some dried cranberries and either bleu cheese,feta or garganzola. YUM You can also add some virgin olive oil and other goodies to make it heartier.

I use crushed ice and coconut water as a base then I add any fruits I have. Delicious and it makes me feel I am cheating but I am not!

My famous turkey burgers. I take chopped turkey add 1 pack of frozen chopped spinach,drained very very well all water must be out,add a fresh tomato,some garlic,pepper and bad but needed some romano grated cheese, some bread crumb to make mixture firm. Mix well,form patties and barbecue. I love them hope you do too.

It is frustrating to see the scale go up when maybe you just ate a treat but it all balances out at the end of a week. I try not to have cheat days because it makes me scared I will fall off the "wagon" and I find the scale is depressing when I eat a little more than I should. Don't worry you will have success.

I walk about 40 to 60 mins,or I do aerobics on my air stepper and I do some weight training. I change it up so my body is fooled and burns more calories.. As long as I MOVE each day, I am burning calories and losing weight!

I had that a few years back and I followed the podiatrist's advice. I did stretches-Hands on wall and flex foot up and down. I just got the watch you are talking about and I am working through understanding it. So far I use it for heart rate and to be in my target range. I compared with my pedometer during my walk and they are close with distance and calories. I think it will work out for me in the end.

Try some nuts,stick pretzels,popcorn-no butter. Portion them out so you can monitor the calories.

I just put crushed ice in the blender with strawberries,bananas,coconut water. Some days blue berries or raspberries for variety. With summer coming add anything you want but I would skip ice cream LOL.and sugar.The sweet fruits do not need sugar. Freeze it ,too, for a sorbet. YUM

Careful not to drink it late at night. It is loaded with caffeine.Kept me up all night a few weeks back.Schedule healthy snacks-some stick pretzels,popcorn w/o butter.I love kettle corn lately,fruit. I eat 5 times a day so I have an am snack and a pm snack.Keeps me going and I have lost 43 lbs. in 6 months.Good luck!
