i'm not to my goal weight, but this is the first time i've heard that maintaining is hard. i've heard of someone logging only on weekends or logging only on weekdays, maybe you could try that for awhile? :/ i don't want to have to log much when i'm at my gw, either.

i'm an emotional eater, so i've come to realize that food is how i ignore the fact that i'm not a happy person. and realizing that, i think i will be able to lose weight no problem because i honestly would like to be able to realize my own unhappiness and try to really fix the issues that are there. so because that has…

well it'd be good to try waiting for longer intervals before washing your hair, even if it's greasy feeling from sweat. it's a different story if you're swimming every day...do you deep condition? there's "aussie 3 minute miracle" which i've just started using, it's 5 dollars and makes your hair pree' soft. you could also…

ooh i've switched to cheap shoes now, but i recommend just taking it slow, maybe running barefoot only 10 minutes of your routine for starts, and then up the time slowly.

yeah, i was talking about this general idea with my mum and she said it started in the 1950's thereabouts when mothers started coddling their children, and then all this child psychology stuff came out saying to be really nice and value feelings and such. it's kind of ridiculous bc if you suck at something, and someone's…

:o i tried to epilate my pits once and it hurt soooo baaaad. &on the pain note, epilating your arms hurts a lot the first time, but you get used to it quickly, it's not bad at all.
-
@dmpizza women have body hair too, get over it C:

i use an epilator , it's like an electric army of tweezers and it pulls your hairs out. emjoy makes good ones but you can do some brand research online if you're interested. they're expensive like 65 dollars but mine's lasted for years and still works great.

i know someone who has it, or had it, i'm not sure we don't talk about it much. i'm not sure it's legit, but she told me it is, so that's what i assume. but i knew her as a different person for a year or so before i knew who she actually was. pretty intense stuff.

I hate the phrase. Nobody can judge what a "real woman" is based on a body type. It seems to support fat body acceptance, which we need in this society, but it implies that a skinny woman is not "real", something you don't want to be. Bashing on any body type is a no.

I'm glad that's the general consensus, 'cause I'm a vegetarian and I can't even get protein without going over the sugar limit, much less eat fruit. :c
