More calorie math & exercise recommendations please?
If 3500 or so calories equates a pound, that would mean exercising 3500 calories a week give you a pound a week off, right? So0o, I eat about 1200 cals per day naturally, which is the min. required for your bodily functions and all that. So my question is, if I exercise 3500 calories off a week, and eat my net calories…
