My problem now is my job literally exhausts me to the point I don't wake up for breakfast. i love my flex, i wear it when i play sports, walik around and sleep. It weighs barely anything at all and i often forget I am ever wearing it.

im in - im going for 5 to 10lbs though as much as i workout and try to eat right im stuck at my current weight and i havent even started the program yet >.<
